Password recovery

Another way to update your password is using password recovery. In a few steps, you can reset your password. At the Login screen click on the Forgotten Password link. A window will appear. In it, type the email address used to access the user portal and press Send.

An email will be sent, which will contain a unique code linked to this address. Once received, click on the link I have a code on the Login screen. Enter the code, the new password (8 characters minimum including a symbol and a number) and retype it in the following field.

When done, press Accept. If you enter the correct information, the new password is saved, leaving the previous one invalid.
